In accordance with the announcement dated October 2 this year on the start of the open sales process of 100% state share in the authorized capital of “Invest Group Centre” LLC, the following is reported.
UzSAMA, based on the recommendations of the privatization consultant “Portfolio Investments”, which was based on requests received from a number of foreign and local investors, and in order to conduct the sale process in a competitive environment, announces the extension of the deadline for submission Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in the “Invest Group Centre” LLC until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on December 28, 2024.

All other items of the previously published announcement on the beginning of the Expression of Interest stage remain unchanged.
